globe made of forged steel Valves are offered in pressure classes ranging from
800 to 2500 and sizes ranging from 1/4" to 2" for a variety of
applications including hydrocarbon service, hydrogen service, cryo-application,
seawater de-salination projects, and sour application (NACE MR-01/75).
Bolted
body-bonnet design for valves up to Class 800; welded bonnet valves are also
available on request. Valves of Class 1500 Bellows-sealed Globe Valves
available in Class 800 are screwed with a seal-welded body-bonnet construction.
For ultimate leak prevention, bolted body-bonnet joints are equipped with
spiral-wound stainless steel gaskets and graphite filler. Die-formed graphite
inner packing rings and braided graphite end rings with Inconel wire reinforcement
and corrosion inhibitor, rolled ACME stem thread for smooth operation.
